One founder watched students graduate from top institutions with degrees in hand but without the practical skills to land jobs. Despite excellent grades and prestigious college names, 90% of graduates were unemployable on Day 1. The curriculum hadn’t changed in years. Industry evolution was outpacing academic programs by 18-24 months. Brilliant minds, wasted potential.

Another founder built startups from ground zero. He had seen young talent – hungry, eager, capable, rejected by employers for lacking “practical experience” despite having strong academic backgrounds. He had trained thousands of students and entrepreneurs across India, seeing the same pattern repeated: training without employment pathways = disappointed youth.

The third founder brought 23+ years of experience across industries—IBM, Samsung, tech companies, and startups. He’d spent over a decade in training and talent development, seeing the inside of how corporations hire, how they struggle to find quality talent, and how they waste millions on prolonged hiring cycles. He understood both the employer pain and the candidate gap.
